Payment

Only the city tax is not included in the payment: it must be paid in cash and on-site. Moreover, in case of late arrival after 11.00 PM, an additional charge of 20,00 € is requested.

You don’t need to print a receipt. We do our best to avoid paper use 🙂

Reservation

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We’re always happy to help with any special requests, so feel free to contact us before your stay to arrange what you need.

For late arrival after 11.00 PM is requested an additional charge of 20,00 €.

Facilities

Yes! Internet Wi-Fi connection is available in the whole apartment and it is totaly free of additional charges. Moreover, all rooms are equipped with RJ45 Ethernet LAN ports which guarantee high reliability through physical cable connection.

We don’t offer an airport transfer, but we can arrange it for you. Anyway you can get taxi or bus shuttle to reach the Central station, from there the apartment is just 5 minutes walk.

There are several guarded public parking lots in the area.

Our apartment is inside a limited traffic zone (ZTL), to enter this area by car a pass is needed (5,00 € /day), you can buy it via Smartphone App PalerMobilità. However, when traveling by car, please contact the property for further instructions.

Our property only has non-smoking rooms but they have a balcony.
